On August 17, a group of 29 journalists from 16 media companies across 9 countries, including Timor-Leste and eight ASEAN countries, such as Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Malaysia, arrived in Hainan Province.

During the tour, the group have visited various cities and counties, including Sanya, Lingshui, Wanning, and Qionghai, as well as certain key industrial parks of the Hainan Free Trade Port. The tour has given them the chance to understand Hainan from multiple perspectives, including its open policies, green ecology, historical culture, and innovation and vitality.

The tour will conclude on August 24.
